Matt Bellamy inspired Muse Descendant guitar
At Crimson Guitars we are well know for taking on challenging custom guitar builds, when the call came to build a version of Matt Bellamys signature guitar complete with Korg Kaoss pad touch pad controller and with a built in Zvex Fuzz factory effects pedal we jumped at the chance to expand our horizons. We built this around our Descendant model because of its light weight and design similarity to the Manson guitar. The guitar itself has a solid set neck design and a drop top, for great tone and comfortable playing respectively. The fuzz factory is a very singular effects pedal giving a wide range of fuzz sounds and even throws in a few surprises, when combined with the Amptone Lab Korg Kaoss pad controller (now available direct from our web store) this is an amazing versatile guitar offering everything from synthesised tones to endless loops, delays and,.. well.. we’re shooting a bunch of videos showing off what it can do as we speak. We’ve also written an article all about the Amptone Lab MIDI controller and how to install it here or you can just watch the video at the bottom of this page.
