Shipping policy

 

We will post to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order.

Orders over the value of £75 in the UK will qualify for free shipping, all orders under this value will be charged at standard courier rates.

Please note that International orders may be subject to Import Fees, customers are advised to check with your local rules and regulations.

Most small parcels will be delivered via Royal Mail within 48 hours for UK orders and 5-10 working days for international orders.  Larger orders, such as Kit Guitar bodies and Necks, and complete Guitars will be sent via courier.  Larger orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes or shipping agent addresses.

We aim to dispatch the majority of orders within 24 hours, however due to the fact that most of our products, guitars or tools, are hand made to order or hand finished; there may be a delay in dispatching orders due to circumstances out of our control. 

** Due to the size and weight of Template sets and Body blanks these products are excluded from our international capped shipping.

We work to have orders sent out as soon as possible once payment has been received. For an estimated dispatch date please contact shop@crimsonguitars.com.

Please note: Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays.  We are a small business and our work week is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
